“Special Issue: Trends of Evolutionary Biology & Molecular Phylogenetics”

The approach to study evolution with the understanding of interspecific relations such as predator-prey, parasitism or mutualism with respect to their environmental changes that influences their performance, reproductive success, and long-term persistence.  On other hand it can be explained as the process to detect the process of continuous adaptation in the challenging environment inclusive of gene flow, genetic correlations, stochastic environmental conditions, and genotype X environment interactions. The use of molecular techniques clubbed with statistical and computational techniques to study evolution and establish the relationship with their ancestor in order to understand the diversity of evolution can term as molecular phylogenetics. Phylogenetic trees are constructed to establish the detail study of origin, distinguish between inferred trees, true trees, gene trees and species trees. Recently uses of transformative nature incorporate fascinating reviews intended to recognize or to anticipate the developmental reactions of plants and animals to environmental change, to rising hazardous infections, to new predators, to changes in community structure, and to the spread of obtrusive species, which contributes to the change in trends of evolutionary biology and molecular phylogenetics thereby the Journal of Phylogentics and Evolutionary Biology introduces a special issue on “Trends of Evolutionary Biology & Molecular Phylogenetics”  to federate all researches with respect to the changing trends.
The scope of journal is intended but not restricted to the emerging trends in Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolutionary Biology. The issue will incorporate all researches with related field mentioned below:-

  • Advancement in Evolutionary Ecology
  • Evolutionary Lineages
  • Evolutionary Developmental Biology
  • Diversity in Molecular Phylogenetics
  • Computational Phylogenetics
  • Phylogenetic Reconstructions
