    Received an Associate's degree in the field of Electronics-General Electronics from ''Shamsipour Technical College/University'' in Tehran, in 2005. In 2009 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from ''Qazvin International Azad University'', Iran, in Electrical Engineering-Electronics major. In December, 2010, he joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic in Faculty of Engineering at the ''Universiti Putra Malaysia'' as a Postgraduate Degree Researcher. He began research works toward a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering at the Micro and Nanoelectronic group, UPM in the January of 2011. In 2014, he was awarded a degree of Master of Science in Electronic Engineering. His defended thesis title is 'Synthesis and Fabrication of Nanocomposite Magnesia Doped Barium Strontium Titanate for Thick Film Humidity Sensor'. His current research interest is focused on the solid state sensors technology, micro/nanoelectronic devices, semiconductor/ dielectric physics, and nanocomposite materials preparation and characterization for biomedical and electronic industry applications.
