Biography

Pelotonia Postdoctoral Fellow July 2013- Till date The Ohio State University, USA, Ph. D. (Awarded Dec 2013) CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research. Worked as Project fellow on the project entitled “Isolation, partial purification and partial characterization of α- amylase from Atylosia scarabaeoides (wild legume) seeds” at Department of Biotechnology, D. D. U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur under supervision of Dr. Sarad Kumar Mishra, Lecturer, in year 2006.

Study of enhanced translesion synthesis-mediated mutagenesis in cancer stem cells, Study of cell signaling pathway, extrinsic and intrinsic pathway of apoptosis, study of cell cycle, apoptosis, DNA damage, mitochondrial membrane potential, immunofluoresence by flow cytometry, Nanoparticles mediated cancer prevention and therapy, targeted drug dilevery, cancer chemoprevention, study of oxidative stress in animal models, study of genotoxicity by chromosomal aberration and micronuclei assay, study of immunohistochemistry in mouse skin, study of gene expression by using RT-PCR on both in vivo and in vitro experimental models, protein expression analysis by western blotting,
